We had our first practice match against K20 which is one of the best clans in Finland at the moment. I wanted to take a shock-start to our clan so that's the reason why I took the first match against them. Enough of that. We played two basic maps, 2fort and Shutdown2. K20 guys were in some hurry so we played 25 minute rounds...
We started with 2fort. I played as top-spiral soldier which is more or less my favourite spot in this map. The game started and K20 rushed and took our flag instantly, I don't recall if they cap it but at least it was allready in our spiral when I got to my post. After that it was all K20 party. Their medics outskilled our defence and we had no chance against them. Sometimes there was soldier or spy giving headaches to our defence. Allthough our defence played quite well and with discipline, the difference in skill was too huge.

Next map was Shutdown2, I don't personally like this map very much but we had played it a lot in practice so I gave it a try. First I thought that this would be bigger massacre but I think we played this one better (?) Again, their medics bunnyhopped over our defence and I personally at the deck, leaked like an old whore with periods. I had to kill myself constantly to get grens and some armor to fight against K20 offence.
Summa summarum. A decent game from our boys I think, It could have been much worse (what a lame phrase btw). We need more training, more experience and more matches... Mandreads, leader of our offence, has something to say about the match.

2fort: First we tried a fastcap with scouts but their defence was already up and working, after the first wave we had all medic offense. Their soldiers kept us at bay pretty good and if we got past the soldiers the engineer was there to finish the job. No flagtouches.
Shutdown2: K20 had very efficient soldiers at every post and we didn't get any easy passes of them. We had no trouble getting to the button but flagroom was different business. If we managed to get past the soldiers we were gunned down again by that last line of defense, the engineer. Not a very successful match, not one flagtouch.
